Sun catching Sheep
Now the sun is finally making an appearance this Spring I have made some cheery Sheep suncatchers each are hand-painted with flowers or hearts ready to hang in your window.
I made a few last month and they sold out at Brecon Farmers & Makers Market before I could upload them!
Each are individually designed and hand painted, Flock 2 have all the black features painted and Flock 3 have nearly black glass.
The inspiration for these are my own flock of Black Welsh Mountain Sheep, of these girls I have one which is the leader of the flock and she’s called Alma, she is bold as she is the only one that will actually feed out of the bucket (only in the winter as she has no need of us when the grass is growing) and she is the matriarch of the group and another favourite is ‘Little grey’ as, as her name suggests she is no longer black but her fleece is verging grey and she’s not far behind Alma in the field at feeding time.
